Apel Experience (TheApelExperience Inc, Malibu, California) operates apelexperience.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email address and phone number, along with the details you choose to share: the estate and purpose, your dates, guest or crew counts, event or production details, how you heard about us, and your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider record basic technical and usage information, such as the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and your IP address, and store a session identifier in your browser so we can measure site traffic.

We use your inquiry information to respond to you, check availability, prepare quotes, arrange site tours and bookings, and contact you by email or phone about your request. We keep a record of inquiries so we can follow up and manage bookings. We use technical information to operate, secure and improve the site.

We do not use your inquiry information to send you marketing messages without your permission.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

We share it only as needed to handle your request and run our business: with service providers that host the website, store data and deliver email for us; with the owner of the estate you ask about, when needed to consider or fulfill your request; when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our guests, owners and staff; and with a successor in the event of a merger or sale of our business.

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, manage any resulting booking, and meet our business and legal record-keeping needs, and then delete it.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to management@apelexperience.com. We will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

California residents: we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your activity over time and across other websites through our site.

Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page and change the date at the top.
